How long is the return window?
Anchor Hanger accepts returns within 15 days of order delivery. We do not accept returns after 15 days. Please reach out to [email protected] to inquire about your return. We'll take you through the steps to make your return. Please note that shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer.
When do you get your refund?
Once we receive your returned order, we will promptly issue a refund back to your original form of payment. After we issue your refund the processing time for you to receive your refund will depend on your banks processing time

All items except for swimwear and bodysuits are returnable.
Can I make an Exchange if the size is too small or too big?

Once you email us letting us know that you need to make an exchange and what size you need to exchange to, we can start the exchange process. You will need to ship your order to our returns center.
